the Microsoft Praise Internet Explorer Browser Security

Microsoft's browser, Internet Explorer, is still the one most widely used in the world. One of the claimed advantages of this browser is its security level.

It was revealed by the Senior Product Marketing Manager of Internet Explorer, Fred Pullen, while explaining about the security of Internet Explorer. He recommends the user to always use the most recent version in order to remain safe while exploring the virtual world.

Pullen said that two-thirds of the desktop computers are still running an older version of Internet Explorer, so vulnerable to attack, even though the user is using security software on their PCs.

Keeping Windows Update remains active is an easy way to keep getting updates on Internet Explorer. However, users can also download the latest version manually on your computer.

"The level of blocking malicious downloads rose from 69 percent in Internet Explorer 8 in 2009 to more than 99 percent in Internet Explorer 11. Monthly security update make Internet Explorer more secure against exploitation and must be installed in order to keep your browser up-to-date," explains Pullen, as reported by Softpedia.

Therefore, the new version of Internet Explorer is used, the more secure browser.

Microsoft itself plans to launch the latest version of Internet Explorer in Windows 9. Operating system (OS) is predicted to slide in early 2015.
